Business Management And Administration

This program provides expert business skills and knowledge for efficiency, competence and profitability in business, industry and Commerce. Business managers and administrators must be proficient in management, finance, accounts, human resource, purchasing, marketing, inventory, computers, communication and more, all of which this Program covers.

Accounting and Finance

This program teaches how to record financial transactions, interpret accounting data, and prepare accounts; and how to manage costs, working capital, profits, finances and investment. It covers bookkeeping, cost accounting, budgeting, credit, bank accounts, and more; and how to guide colleagues and subordinates, and make wise financial decisions.

English Institute

The ability to write, speak and communicate in good English - professionally - is a huge advantage when aiming to gain good employment, gain the confidence of employers and customers, and in seeking promotion and high-level posts. Without a good level of English people are often considered to be poorly educated or to lack managerial/administrative, secretarial or personnel skills.

General Management

This program is designed to produce professional modern managers with the training and ability to guide others to plan, organize, direct, co-ordinate and control their activities so that objectives are achieved in an efficient and economical manner. It teaches how to manage people, departments and organizations, guide teams and provide positive leadership.

Hotel Operations And Management

This program trains men and women to be professionals in the operation and management of hotels, to be knowledgeable about the many hotel positions and functions, and to ensure efficiency, quality service, and suggest satisfaction. It teaches about the business aspects, the need for profitability and how to manage hotels with understanding, skill and ability.

Hospitality Management

This is an Honors group Diploma Program designed so that applicants can choose and study a group of 3 related specialist subjects such as Hotel Operations Management, Tourism and travel management and ONE of these: Business Management and Administration OR Events Management.

Logistics, Materials, Supply Chain

This program provides a thorough understanding of logistics and supply chain management. It covers planning, organizing and controlling logistics activities, how to develop competitive strategies and make good decisions to ensure products are available at the right time and place, in the right condition, profitably and cost effectively, and how to manage transport.

Tourism And Travel Agency Management

This program creates professionals in tourism and travel organization and management. It teaches about the tourism industry, its importance, types of tourism, travel and travel motives; and how to benefit from, develop, plan and control tourism, how to market tourism. It deals with tourism operators and businesses, and teaches how to satisfy customers.

Theology & Ministry

This award provides an education in theology, ministry and mission in and for a variety of contexts. It is particularly suited to anyone who might be thinking seriously about their faith and would like to explore the theological disciplines, particularly ministry and mission, on a deeper level. Those discerning a call to lay or ordained ministry will find it especially relevant. No prior study of theology is required.
